How to indicate an error ?

I create this topic to clarify the situation on the way of indicating an error or an estimate in a question met in game (and only in game, it is not about questions in vote !).
So that a moderator can correct a question which seems to you erroneous or rough, it has to be indicated. In practice, this is what it is advisable to make :
1) You meet an erroneous question in the course of game. Wait that it’s passed, then click on ! :
2) A window appears, asking you to choose the question to indicate (only the last two questions can be indicated !) :
3) Click the concerned question, the following window asks you then to choose a motive for description :
4) Select the adequate motive and click to “send”. If you selected one of the first 4 motives for description, the procedure is complete. Bravo !
5) If you selected the 5th option (“other”), a window invites you to specify your motive for description:
Write here your remarks then click to “send”. The procedure is then complete, bravo !
This procedure must be 6 times made minimum so that a moderator can correct the question. There where everything complicates, it is that the possibility of indicating an erroneous question is possible only the time of following both questions (for example : to indicate the 3rd question, you can make it only during 4th and 5th questions). Having said that, even in the insufficient number of 4 (for example), the descriptions are registered by the system. So when you meet the same question later, you just have to indicate only twice.
However, if the error is evident (missing capital letter for example), click whatever of first 4 motives for description, and repeat 5 times. It is faster and more completely feasible the time of 2 questions.
If the motive is less evident, follow 5 times the same procedure (first 4 motives for description), then in the 6th, specify in choosing “other” and by completing then the window.
Finally, if you have the chat, ask to the other players to indicate the question which seems to you to correct… A small help is always welcome, so much this procedure is heavy.
That’s all ! I hope to have been clear, otherwise I am for your listening for any precision.
